Same standard on every job
Every service on this page runs to the same standard. Licensed and insured to operate in New York, with general liability and commercial auto cover, and documentation available the same day for contractors and property managers who need one on file before we come on site.
Every delivery runs through our own yard and our own crew — never a subcontracted driver in someone else's paint. Our driver walks the spot with you before anything moves, and if a surface is already cracked or heaving we'll say so and suggest a better spot rather than press on and hope.
Process
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one flat-rate number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal — depending on the size you need, the debris type and how long you keep it. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you, lays protection under the rails and sets the container square in the driveway, curb lane or job site.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean concrete, metal and yard waste get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever we can. You get your driveway or curb back the way you left it.
Service area
We run dumpsters out of our 6845 Amboy Rd yard across every corner of Staten Island and out into Richmond County and Staten Island's South Shore. If your community is not on this list, call us anyway. We probably still get there.
Answers
Start with the material rather than the label. Mixed household contents and furniture go in a standard container; construction and remodeling debris usually needs a dedicated jobsite box; and clean yard waste is cheaper and cleaner to route as its own separate load kept apart from construction debris. If your job spans two of those — a remodel with both demo debris and a full house of contents, say — tell us and we'll work out whether one container or two makes more sense.
Hazardous liquids, chemicals, fuels, batteries, tires, and refrigerants are not permitted in any of our containers — the same rule applies across every service and every size. We'll guide you on safe disposal options for anything that has to come out of a load before it ships, not after.
Most days, yes — same-day dumpster rental is its own listed service for a reason. Orders placed early usually go out the same day inside Staten Island and next morning further out across Richmond County. Live jobsite swap-outs take priority. If a route looks like it might slip, we'll tell you straight rather than promise a slot we can't hold.
Yes, and a good share of our week is repeat trade with builders, remodeling contractors and property managers across Richmond County. Accounts get priority scheduling on swap-outs, consistent handling across every site and a direct line rather than a different vendor for every job.
Call and we'll extend it. Jobs run long — that's normal — and we'd much rather extend the rental than have you overfill a container or rush the work to beat a pickup.
Some, yes. Hurricane season brings a real chance of storm debris and cleanup calls — Hurricane Sandy in October 2012 was the defining example, hitting the East Shore especially hard. We stage extra containers around storm events when we can see them coming, but live jobsite swap-outs still take priority over everything else on the board. Outside of storm season, Staten Island runs a fairly typical Northeast humid continental climate — real winters, but nothing like the lake-effect snow bands you'd see further upstate.
